Who we are & what this covers
These Terms apply to your use of our website and to purchases of our digital products (e.g., guides, checklists, templates) and admin-support services (e.g., document organisation, timeline mapping, portal walk-throughs) offered by Lamda Migration Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Acceptance
By using our website or buying our products/services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (linked on our site). If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent/guardian’s consent.
Scope of services
We do not provide legal advice or “immigration assistance” as defined in the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).
We provide general, publicly available information and administrative support under your direction only.
We do not represent you or communicate with any Department/authority on your behalf.
Any references to visa processes are informational and based on public sources; you remain responsible for your application and decisions.
Accounts & access
You may browse without an account, but some features or purchases may require registration. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
Orders, digital delivery & licence
An order is accepted when we send access (e.g., download link, email delivery, or hosted access).
For digital content (including audio/video/text/course materials), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use for your own non-commercial purposes.
You must not share, sell, sub-licence, publicly post, or redistribute our content, nor create derivative works without our written consent.
Links for downloads may expire; please save your files promptly.
Services engagement
Service scope, inclusions, timing, and pricing will be set out before you commit.
We may ask you for documents or information to perform admin tasks. You promise that anything you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have the right to share it.
Timelines are indicative; external factors (including third-party systems and authorities) are outside our control.
Prices, currency, taxes & payments
Prices and currency will be shown at checkout (typically AUD, and we may offer PHP from time to time).
Australian orders may attract GST where applicable. International taxes, bank or FX fees are your responsibility.
Payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.
Refunds & cancellations
Digital products: because access is delivered immediately, all sales are final unless required by law.
Services: if you cancel before we start, we’ll refund any prepayment less reasonable admin/processing costs. If work has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
Nothing here limits your non-excludable consumer rights (see Clause 12).
Your responsibilities
Use our content and checklists as guidance only; make your own decisions and double-check official sources.
Keep private data (yours or others’) secure and lawful. Do not upload anything illegal, offensive, or infringing.
Do not misuse the website (e.g., scraping, security testing, interfering with others’ use).
Intellectual property
We (or our licensors) own all rights in the website, branding, layouts, copy, and digital products. Using our site or purchasing content does not transfer ownership to you.
Reviews & user content
If you post a review or comment, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for site and marketing purposes. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
Consumer guarantees (AU & PH)
If you are in Australia, your purchase may come with non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you are in the Philippines, you may have mandatory rights under Philippine consumer protection laws.
To the extent permitted by law, our remedies for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee are limited to re-supplying the services or replacing the digital product (or paying the cost of doing so).
Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate but do not guarantee completeness or suitability for your specific circumstances.
We are not responsible for outcomes of your visa or other applications. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own inputs and third-party decisions.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our site, services, or digital products is capped at the total amount you paid to us for the relevant item/service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss (e.g., loss of opportunity or data).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
Third-party tools & links
We may use or link to third-party platforms (e.g., file sharing, payment, hosting, social media). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Suspension & changes
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the website or content at any time. We can update these Terms by posting the new version on our site. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are located in the Philippines, this clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Philippine law.
